Just one example of how our Velvet Mounting Boards may be used. This ecru doilie, crocheted with size 40 thread, was mounted on the Regal Burgundy Velvet Mounting Board and inserted into an antique white frame.

These mounting pieces are the perfect solution for anything that can be or needs to be sewn on. Items such as an Heirloom Lace Collection, Tatting Samples, Knit Stitch Samples, Crochet Stitch Samples, Needlelace Samples, Grandmother's or Great-Grandmother's Hand-Work Treasures, Doilies, Edgings, a Sports Awards Collection...etc may be mounted on them. They are Great for the crocheted Names. What do you have that the rich, regal velvet colors would set off in a fantastic display?

They may be used alone by adding an edging to the outer edge and hung, or they may be inserted into any square or rectangular picture frame (with or without a mat) that has a 5/8 to 1 1/4 inch deep back opening.

We custom make each one to your specifications. They can be any size from 4" to 36" in one inch increments.

The colors available are: Regal Forest Green, Regal Burgundy, Regal Royal Blue and Rich Black
